Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Last weekend I watched Chef, an inspiring movie which follows the life of Chef Carl Casper. During one of the scenes he is shown making spaghetti aglio e olio, a traditional Italian dish which is known to delight the senses by its simplicity of its flavors. The scene in the movie inspired me to make my own spaghetti aglio e olio as soon as I returned home! This is one of my favorite Italian dishes and it reminds me of so many different places I have had this dish and all the memories I have attached to it. Fusilli Pasta with Vegetables in Arrabiata Sauce

This recipe is the result of my intuitive cooking. I find this recipe very simple to make may be because I do not need to remember the exact measurement of ingredients.
